Heather Mezquita Goldsmith

HUDSON—Heather Mezquita Goldsmith, 42, died peacefully October 31, 2016 at her residence with her husband by her side. She was born February 5, 1974 in Nashua, NH a daughter of Richard B. and Mary F. (Hatch) Mezquita.

Heather enjoyed life, time shared with family and friends, and entertaining guests and was a tremendous hostess. She and her husband enjoyed 18 years together, during that time they enjoyed traveling, the outdoors, fishing, and golf. The Caribbean was a favorite place of theirs, and her love of travel was an asset for her position as tour manager at Cyr Northstar Tours for the past 16 years. She loved to watch all sports and tend to her flower gardens. Her family, friends, and pets were a source of tremendous comfort to her during her illness.

In addition to her husband, Cameron, and her parents, she is survived by three brothers Matt Mezquita, Scott Mezquita and his wife Ann, Brad Mezquita and his wife Karen, 2 sisters Carrie McDonough and her husband Patrick, and Lynn Mezquita; mother-in-law Robin Corson and her companion Randy Spack, sister-in-law Shelia McEwen, and uncle Leonard Corson; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of her life and memorial reception will be held Saturday November 5, 2016 at the Black Bear Inn, Orono, from 1-4PM.
