

MILFORD—Margaret “Peggy” Levesque, 79, died unexpectedly December 14, 2021. She was born January 10, 1942 in Bangor a daughter of John A. and Rose M. (Arsenault) King.
Peggy enjoyed coloring in her adult coloring books and baking with the younger members of the family. She was an avid hockey fan, was a season ticket holder for Maine Hockey and loved to watch the Boston Bruins play, she also enjoyed football. She loved winter and would often say “the more snow the better”. Peggy will be remembered for the many years she worked in retail and she enjoyed seeing her customers. She and Dwayne enjoyed trips to the Maine Coast or to the North Maine Woods for a day of bird hunting.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years Dwayne Levesque; three children Debbie Nicholson and her husband Tom, Lynne Macaninch, and Lonny Stevenson and his wife Jen; grandchildren Kelsie
“Squeezebox” Nicholson, Kendelle Macaninch, Jessie Macaninch, Tanner Macanainch, Amy Stevenson, Brooke Stevenson; great grandchildren Logan, Seamus, and Adalyn; sisters-in-laws and brothers-in-laws Lisa and Jeff Mahaney, David and Diane Levesque, Linda Levesque and partner Keith Adams, Laurie Levesque and partner Artie Hamel, father-in-law Wayne Levesque and his wife Cherie; special fur babies Ellie and Princess.
She was predeceased by her parents; sister Betty Nelson, Donna Cote, granddaughter Amanda Stevenson, mother-in-law Estelle Levesque.
A celebration of life gathering will be celebrated 1-3PM Sunday January 2, 2022 at the Birmingham Funeral Home 438 Main Street Old Town.
