

BROWNVILLE JCT, ME—Philip John Latti, 66, died July 20, 2022 with his wife by his side. He was born May 7, 1956 in Worcester, MA a son of Leonard Sr and Jean (Miller) Latti.
He grew up in Auburn and was employed as a machinist for many years at American Press Metal, Worcester where he will be remembered for his perfection and attention to detail. He was a lover of food and an amazing cook. He fell in love with Maine and enjoyed his camp in Medford, Maine and moved to Brownville Junction, Maine full time in 2001. He enjoyed camping, the ocean, and day trips to various places. Sadly, he never had the chance to drive his hippy van to California.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Darlene, his mother Jean; children Jesse Morin, Charlene Dumas and Wayne Latti; grandchildren Devin Dionne, Dakota Dionne, and Luther Valdez and brother Leonard Latti Jr.
He was predeceased by his father Leonard Latti Sr.
A celebration of life gathering will be held 2-4 and 7-9PM Wednesday July 27, 2022 at the Birmingham Funeral Home 438 Main St Old Town.
