

MILFORD- Teresa Marie Harris, 86, died peacefully February 9, 2017 at a Bangor hospital with family by her side. She was born May 20, 1930 in Old Town, daughter of Edward C. and Constance E. (Webb) Boucher.
She held many jobs in her lifetime at various restaurants and bakeries but was mostly known by many as a loving mother and grandmother. Her family was her passion as she was theirs. She was known for her infatuation of babies. Family or not, she loved them all. She loved television shows like Wheel of Fortune, the Price is Right, Waltons and more recently Ellen. While watching these, she enjoyed her Fruit Loops, Lay’s Potato Chips and String Cheese and always had a soft spot for chicken. She enjoyed puzzles, word finds and the company of her many furry family members over the years.
In 2013 she lost the love of her life Stanley Harris after being married for over 30 years.
She is survived by her son David Willett and his wife Geri; daughters Anne Nevells and her husband Fred, Patti Taylor and her husband Steve, Barbie Trask and her husband Eric; seven grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers, Buddy Boucher and his wife Bea, Bobby Boucher and wife Pat; and sisters Kay Pelletier and Helen Hesseltine and husband Norman; along with countless nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 7-9pm on Saturday evening at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town. A spring burial will be held at Lawndale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the Old Town Animal Orphanage, PO Box 565, Orono, ME 04473-0565.
