Albert H. Rodgers, 74, of Victoria, MS., died April 13, 2015, at his home. He was retired from Stroh’s Brewing and former owner of Victoria Hardware. He was a member of Victoria Heights Baptist Church and was a Free Mason.
Mr. Rodgers was preceded in death by his parents, Chance and Eunice Rodgers and his grandson, Michael Stephen Andersen. He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Peggy Hardy Rodgers, daughter, Melinda Rodgers Cook, grandchildren Allyson Cox (Barry), Jennifer Coffman, Jamie Cook, Kailan Andersen and Casey Cook; a sister Betty Gwen Sax, brother Bobby Rodgers (Marie) and three great grandchildren. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Thursday, April 16, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, with the funeral service on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 2:00pm, all at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum Street, Olive Branch, MS. Interment will follow service at Autumn Woods Cemetery in Olive Branch.
