BILLY L. “Joe” DIX, 79, retired steamfitter for Local 614, a U.S. Navy veteran, member of Masonic Lodge 115 and the Scottish Rite, died January 4, 2012. Visitation from 5-8 p.m., Friday, January 6. He leaves two daughters, Donna Sue Dix Keith and Lisa Dix (Brandon) Gheorghiu, and one son, Michael (Ginger) Dix; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
