Byhalia - BRYAN THOMAS HALPENNY, 55, went to be with the Lord, September 12, 2011 at home with his wife by his side. He was born in Elmhurst, IL to Frank and Betty Halpenny. He is survived by his wife, Melonie L. Halpenny; daughter, Jacqueline; two sons, James and Michael; and granddaughter, Sammantha. He is also survived by his sister, Susan Halpenny and brother, Bruce Halpenny. Mr. Halpenny was the owner of Barton Communications, a subcontractor for underground cable. He attended Parkway Village Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Southern Amateur Saddle Club Association and Capleville Saddle Club for many years. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, September 14, with a Memorial service at 10 a.m., Thursday, September 15, all at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch.
