Caesar Gomez is at peace in the presence of his Savior after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in New York City, May 22, 1950 and served our country in the Navy during Vietnam. Caesar was a salesman for The Great American Homestore. He was a member of Longview Heights Baptist Church where served faithfully as a deacon and was known for his outgoing personality and great smile. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lisa Clayton Gomez, son Paul, daughter Amanda Pecor (Brian), granddaughter Hannah, sisters Jackie, Ann Marie, and Nancy, and in-laws Billy and Nell Clayton. Visitation will be Monday, March 19, 5-7pm and the funeral Tuesday, March 20 at 2pm. Both will be held at Longview Heights in Olive Branch, with a graveside service to follow at Autumn Woods Memorial Park. Memorials may be sent to the benevolence fund at Longview, in lieu of flowers.
