Edward N. Lamport, Jr., 62, of Olive Branch, Mississippi, passed away February 23, 2014. Edward was employed as a service technician. He loved hunting, fishing, taxidermy, landscaping and working with his hands building things. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Karen Lamport, his son Dustin Lamport and his wife Terri-Lynn, mother Betty J. Lamport, father Edward Lamport and his wife Janelle, sister Dianne Freeman and her husband Al, step brother Mike Griggs as well as many nieces and nephews.
A gathering time for friends and family will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Brantley Funeral Home 6875 Cockrum St. in Olive Branch, MS. A memorial service celebrating Edward’s life will follow at 2:00p.m.
