Eleanor (Ellie) Snyder Aldridge passed away on January 10, 2017, at the age of 92, from heart failure. Ellie was born in Albany, New York in 1924 and resided there until 1988 when she retired and moved to Olive Branch to be closer to family. Ellie was a member of Maples Memorial United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and enjoyed fellowship with friends playing Rook. She leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Lyndall Snyder of Olive Branch, 2 grandchildren, Sidney Snyder and Elizabeth Schubert, and 3 great grandchildren. She also leaves her son-in-law, Bill Heinrich of Chester, Virginia and 2 stepsons, Dennis Aldridge (Charlotte) and Keith Aldridge (Karen). Ellie was preceded in death by her first husband, Rod Snyder, her late husband, Carlie Aldridge and her daughter, Barbara Heinrich. Visitation will be Friday, January 13 at Maples Memorial UMC beginning at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 10:00.
