Grace L. Prather, 82, of Olive Branch, passed away January 28, 2011. The family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, January 30, and funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, January 31, all at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. Interment will follow in Blocker Cemetery. Born and raised in DeSoto County, Grace graduated from Olive Branch High School and retired from the United States Postal Service. She was a lifetime member of Mineral Wells United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Joel Kent Prather of Memphis; her brother, Milton Darling of Auburn, AL; and her niece, Debbie Darling of Tupelo, MS. Memorial contributions may be made to Mineral Wells United Methodist Church.
