Byhalia - Jack Edward Lester, 76, passed away on August 10, 2015. There will be a gathering of friends on Friday, August 14 beginning at 1 p.m. until service at 2 p.m., all at Barton First Baptist Church in Barton, MS. Interment will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis, TN. Jack is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carolyn Lester; daughters, Anita Johnson (Jeff), Teresa Comer (Mike), Valery Skipper (Joey) and Connie Marie Lipford; son, James Yarbrough (Renee); brothers, Lloyd Lester (Tiny) and Glen Lester (Liz); 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews who will all miss him very much.
