Janie Gill Gilmer, 90, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at her residence in Olive Branch, MS. She is preceded in death by her husband, John K. Gilmer. She is survived by her daughter, Mildred Sipes; a granddaughter, Lynn Carter(Jon); three great grandchildren, Evan Carter, Ashlynn Carter, and Layna Carter.
