

William Keith Barlow, age 70, passed away at Germantown Methodist Hospital on Sunday, August 12, 2012. Keith was born on December 14, 1941, to John William and Emma Cruse Barlow, who preceded him in death. He was a butcher for many years prior to owing his own businesses, including three grocery stores, a liquor store and a restaurant before retiring in 2005. Spending time with his grandbabies, traveling and collecting Case knives (Barlow) was his enjoyment during retirement years. He married Deborah Berthay on October 1, 1976 and she survives as well as two daughters, Jessica Barlow Owen (Tracy) and Olivia Barlow Potts of Olive Branch and two sons, Andy (Faye) of Tupelo, Mississippi and Randy (Angel) of Pearl, Mississippi. He was “Keifer” to his grandchildren: Emma Jane and Paul William Potts and Riley Wyatt and Haley Nicole Owen. He leaves one brother, Sammie (Donna) Barlow of Pontotoc, Mississippi. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 14, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with Masonic service to follow at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Funeral will be on Wednesday, August 15 at 10:00 AM, also at the funeral home with Rev Ronnie Owen officiating. Private interment will be held at McNeil Cemetery near Sherman, Mississippi. Thanks for many years of laughter and fun to his dear buddies: William Francis, Darryl Deason, George Watson, Sammy Hall, Ronnie Robertson and Ricky Gammel.
