Mark Williams Aldridge, 53, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Methodist Olive Branch Hosptial. Mr. Aldridge was the owner of B&B Trucking and was currently serving his second term as Ward 5 Alderman for the City of Olive Branch. He was a member of Emory Independent Methodist Church and was an avid Mississippi State Bulldogs and St. Louis Cardinals Fan and, most importantly perhaps, an ardent supporter of the Olive Branch Conquistadors. Mr. Aldridge loved the city he served and especially loved his family, to whom he was unconditionally devoted. He will be missed by all who knew him. Mr. Aldridge was preceded in death by his grandparents, Guy and Jackie Langston and Ouida and Victor Aldridge. He is survived by his wife, Jan Aldridge, his parents, Kenneth and June Aldridge, three children, Jared Aldridge (Brittany), Morgan Austin (Zack), and Karleigh Aldridge, two brothers, Greg Aldridge (Tammy) and Eric Aldridge (Kimery), and three grandchildren, Gavin Aldridge, Lyla Aldridge, and Carter Austin. Mr. Aldridge also leaves, to cherish his memory, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, May 9, 2018 from 5-8pm at Brantley Funeral Home and the funeral service will be held on Thursday morning, May 10, 2018 at 11am, at First Baptist Church of Olive Branch.
