Neal E. Young

Neal E. Young, 87, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Mr. Young was preceded in death his wife, Wanda Faye Young; parents, Kelly and Nellie Young; 2 sisters, Lynn Colon and Dickie Blankenship; and 2 brothers, Jimmy Young and Sonny Young. He is survived by his son, Neal E. Young, Jr.(Cheryl); 3 daughters, Twana Trigg, Lisa Hill(David), and Nacole King(Lawrence); 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and 2 sisters, Syble Hackworth and Cathy Elkins. Mr. Young served our country in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. After his military service, he spent most of his adult life working as maintenance mechanic for a few different companies. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He has been a member of Grace Life Pentecostal Church since 1971. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 5-7 pm. A funeral service will be held at Grace Life Pentecostal Church (48205 Germantown Rd.) on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Southwoods.
