Born February 8th 1962 in Memphis TN. He went to his eternal home with the Lord on May 27th,2021.
Roary is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Anise Pierce; and his sister, Pamela Jean Stephenson.
He was joined in his passing by his son, Eric Dewayne Pierce on May 28th, 2021. Roary is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Cory and Krissy; son, Timmy; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Robert Michael; his daughter-in-law Joanna; daughters, Lauren Miller and Ashley Thomas and son, Dale Croft; and his best friend and mother of his children, Ronda Medlin. Roary leaves 12 grandchildren: Brigham, Elxis, Emma, McKayla, Crimson, Gavin, Easton, Auburn, Aggie, Danielle, Deliah, and Ryley. He is also survived by his brother, Sonny and wife, Wyvonne Darlene; and his sister, Joan and husband, Steve Vanderburg.
Roary was a member of Encounter Worship Center in Senatobia MS where he served the Lord in many areas. Roary was all about family. He loved his children and grandchildren beyond measure. Roary was full of life and always ready tell a story about something his Grandkids had done. He was so proud of all 12 and made time to be in their lives.
Roary was a big sports fan and he loved his Tennessee Volunteers football and New York Yankee baseball. His all-time favorite was whatever team his grandkids were playing for: football, softball, baseball, basketball, horseshoes, washers, corn hole and coaching them thru it all.
Roary was a laid back handyman with many construction talents, from hanging sheetrock to fencing and decks to room additions and remodels. He worked with his crew of Eric and Timmy and together they did really good work. Roary loved people, the folks that knew him were better off for knowing him. He was so outgoing and a man you would not forget.
Visitation at Brantley Funeral Home Thursday June 10th from 12-2pm with funeral service at 2pm. Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery
