Sadie Enlow Hamm

Sadie was the baby of her family, but she was the matriarch to our family. She loved gardening, crossword puzzles, and most importantly her family. Sundays meant going to grandmas for a delicious lunch often straight from her garden. Sadie was a proud Christian and member of New Prospect Baptist Church in Lewisburg, MS.

Sadie is survived by her children, Debbie Leppert & Diane Enlow, her beloved grandchildren Nikki Barbee (Jeremy), Thomas “Wayne” Leppert (Bailey), & Karmen Garey (Robert), her 4 grandsons, Will & Bradley Barbee and Robert & Henry Garey, and many nieces and nephews. Sadie was predeceased by spouses, Meryl Hunter Enlow & Thomas Elmer Hamm, her children Douglas Enlow & Donna Enlow, and her siblings Mary Francis McCulley, Bonnie Sisk, Herbert Vaiden, Ava Vaiden, & Herman Vaiden.

A graveside service will be held at Baker’s Chapel Cemetery (1965 Johnston Rd., Hernando, MS 38632) on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude or any charity of your choice.
