

Wagner Jr., Alfred B. Feb 8, 1938 - Feb 2, 2016 Preceded in death by wife, Barbara, son, Thomas Wagner, parents Natalie and Willis Blumer and Alfred Wagner, Sr., and brother Ronald Wagner. Survived by children, Scott Wagner, James Wagner (Debra) both of Omaha, Mark Wagner (Stacy), of Phoenix, AZ, and Dawn Putnam (Benjamin), of Bettendorf, IA, grandchildren Stephanie, Amber, Kristina, Kylie, Michael, Brooke, Rhett, Sydney, Cade, Brandon, Reagan, Colton and Kendall, great-grandchildren, Brandon, Fallon, Sabrina and Tanner, and brothers, Earl Wagner (Susan), James Wagner (Gail), and Randy Blumer. Al Wagner was born in Altoona, PA in 1938. He later relocated to Omaha, NE where he attended Omaha Tech High School. After high school, Al began a career in the flooring business. He met the love of his life, Barbara Golder in the spring of 1960 and the two were married after dating only two short weeks. In the early 80's Al and Barb started their own commercial flooring company, Foundation Flooring, where each of their sons was involved in the family business for a time. Over the years Al enjoyed coaching his sons in sports, fishing, golfing, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. He was a hard-working man, faithful husband, and loving father and grandfather who will be greatly missed. VISITATION Saturday from 9:30-10:30am at Crosby Colonial Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICE Saturday at 10:30am at Crosby Colonial Chapel. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to Brookestone Village.
