Preceded in death by husband, William Falk; son, Nathan Falk; brother, Ralph Chapman; sisters, Esther Jones and Ruth Chapman. Survived by nephew, John Jones; sister-in-law, Lillian "Laurene" Chapman; and step-niece, Sharon Hegewald.
Graveside service will be Thursday, April 16th, 2020 at 12 pm.
