I came to know Denise as a patient in 1997 .. She was an amazing woman, she was kind and compassionate. She was proud of her family and we shared not only a medical relationship, but it was like talking to family as she was a professional and a friend through every type of medical and family incident that brought us to her.
There are no words of comfort that I can give you that will take the pain away, but know that she touched many lives you will never know, and she will remain a great memory to many… 
My entire family send you our deepest condolences and prayers for comfort…

I honestly don't know what to say. There are so many feelings flowing through me. You dealt with Danielle and I being crazy teens, from our Burger King and Taco Bell runs and all the dances you helped us get all dolled up to attend. You saved my leg from that spider bite that almost made me loooose my leg. *face palm* You talked me through so many different things that I personally dealt with. When my mom wasn't there you were there. I honestly could keep going. There were so many laughs and tears we shared together. Denise, I can't wait to celebrate this life you made for yourself and your family the next few days. You are, will continue to be and will always be missed.

I worked with Denise at Omaha Medical Group. Denise was such a caring nurse to Dr Chanlatte's patients. Denise and I would chat in the morning before work and I loved to hear about her children and grandchildren.  Denise was a wonderful friend to me and to all of our coworkers. She will be missed by us all. 

I do not have the words to express how much you have meant to me over the years. We met when you were about five years old. I would stop by to see your sister and see would not talk to me so you told me to sit on the couch and you would talk to me. You will always be in my heart. REST IN PIECE ANGEL!


We love you so much mom. I’ll miss hearing you say “hi sweetie” when I walk into the house. You were such an amazing and beautiful person- greatest mom and grandma. Until we see each other again.
