

Eunice Lynette Brundieck was a beloved Mother, Grandmother,
Great-Grandmother and friend. Born in Stuttgart, Arkansas, Eunice moved several times with her parents and ended up living in Omaha, Nebraska where she spent many years as a nurse and a member of River of Life Lutheran Church, previously known as Bethany Lutheran Church.
Eunice was an incredibly hard working woman, working nights as a nurse and caring for her grandchildren during the day, all after raising her own four children.
Eunice was diagnosed with Dementia in 2008. Following that diagnosis, she spent several years in the Hillcrest Healthcare system where she was cared for by many wonderful healthcare workers.
Eunice is preceded in death by her father and mother: Reverend Oliver & Ruth Faszholz; siblings: Walt Faszholz, Joanne (Bob) Smith, Victor Faszholz, Virginia Faszholz; son: Stephen Brundieck; grandson: Zane Brundieck.
Eunice will be missed by all surviving family: Laurelyn Jordan, Mike (Pam) Brundieck, Mary (Doug) Krause, Sherry Brundieck, Nicole Shepherd, Kelsey Chaffin, Kaitlin (Logan) Hoffman, Stanton (Terra) Krause, Cody Krause, Stephen Chase Brundieck, Krista Brundieck, Gabriel Tijerina (Alice Christensen), Angel Tijerina, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A visitation will be held at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home on November 30, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a special presentation from the Nebraska Nurse Honor Guard at 8:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at the same venue on December 1, 2025, starting at 11:30 am.
Eunice Lynette Brundieck will be laid to rest at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, located at 5701 Center Street, Omaha.
