She lived in Omaha for most of her life and was an active member of All Saints Episcopal Church, Omaha, NE serving as Historian (10yrs) and on St Mary’s Guild to name a few of her many contributions to the church.
Preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, James P. Slater Maj USAF (Ret); Parents, Henry Hooper and Ramona Merrit (Hooper).
She is survived by her sister, Mary Fidone and brother, Richard Hooper (Christie); four sons: Mark (Sue), Douglas (Rebecca), Thomas, and Jeffrey (Peggy); seven grandchildren: Scott (Amanda), Eryn (Noel), Ryan (Mary), Michael, Adam, Maghan, and Craig (Rachael); eight great-grandchildren, William, Kayleigh, Sabrina, Hope, Victoria, Addison, Lainey, and Lucy.

Funeral Service: Saturday, 4/26, 10:30am, at All Saints Episcopal Church, 9302 Blondo St, Omaha NE 68134. Interment at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, 5701 Center Street, Omaha, NE., 68106.
