Richard worked as a letter carrier at USPS for 34 years. Preceded in death by parents, Brad and Ella Roberts; brother, Bill; sisters, Irene, Hazel, Roberta, Ella and Betty. Survived by wife of 63 years, Carolyn; children, Roy (Sue), Tim (Trudy) and Lynne (Kurt) Osmanson; 9 grandchildren; many family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bellevue Community Church.
