Craig was born on February 14, 1959 in Oneonta, the son of Henry and Lillian (Perry) Utter.
Craig was employed as a security guard at Amphenol in Sidney.
He is survived by his wife, Lucinda Utter of Oneonta; his sister, Jean Lafler of Tarpon Springs, FL; his brother, Clark and Kathy Utter of Edmeston; his brother in law, Larry Green and Lisa Kelly of Otego; his niece, Jill Reynolds of Edmeston; and his nieces and nephews, Timmy, Billy, and Robin Lafler of Florida.
