She was born April 25, 1932 in Hartwick the daughter of the late John S. and Catherine B. (Holbrook) Clum.
On August 13, 1950, Mildred married Albert Jeffrey in Oneonta. Alfred predeceased her on August 25, 1987.
For several years, Millie worked at The Meadows and then Otsego Manor in the Dining Hall.
Mildred is survived by her nieces and nephews, Roger Miller, Kathy Howell, Maureen Miller, Ronald Jeffrey, Adelaide Jeffrey; many grand nieces and nephews; and very dear friends, the Mott family; as well as several other good friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 2:00PM in the Oneonta Plains Cemetery.
