Aline Jewell Chandler was born in El Sereno, California on October 13, 1925 to Ralph and Ethel Chandler. She grew up an only child and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. She worked at Shabers Cafeteria as a teenager. She played the accordion, once performing "Glow Worm" on live radio. During WWII, she attended a dance where a handsome sailor asked her to dance. She said not until he could prove he was at least 6' tall. He did, and they danced the night away. She married this sailor, Thomas Frazier on September 12, 1947 in Glendale, California. They lived in Monterey Park where their two children were born. They then moved to Pomona, and finally settled in Chino in 1968. Both Aline and Tom worked over 40 years for Bergen Brunswig Drug Company.
Through the years they had many friends and participated in many activities including camping, motorcycling, CB radio, and owning a ceramics business. Sadly, Tom passed away in 1999. Shortly thereafter, Aline found the Chino United Methodist Church. She became very involved and made so many friends of whom she loved and cherished. The friendship of the church meant so much to her. Aline was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother and her children and grandchildren were the light of her life.
Aline is survived by her son, Bruce Frazier (and his wife, Pam) and her daughter, Anita Moore (and her husband, Mike). She has nine grandchildren, Heidi Oliver, Heather Frayer, Kimberly Jones, Kellie Pennino, Kevin Francis, Katie Johnson, Scott Frazier, Michael Moore, Jr,. and Steven Moore. She also has seven great-grandchildren, Chase Jones, Amber Jones, River Frayer, Audrey Oliver, Gwen Oliver, Logan Pennino, Everette Pennino. and Ryder Moore.
Aline is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and a great grandson, Sawyer Pennino.
