Anne R. Winters, of Rancho Cucamonga, California passed away on February 19, 2011 at San Antonia Hospital. Born October 21, 1925 in Bloomfield, New Jersey to Charles and Anna Lehing, the youngest of three siblings, Ann married Ralph Winters on December 20, 1947.
Witnessing World War I, II and both the Korean and Vietnam war, Anne was a survivor and caretaker of many. A longstanding career at Van Dykes Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey, Anne became a face of compassion and warmth. Always with a smile on her face, a tune in her heart and contagious sense of warmth, she has touched the hearts of the many people who knew her well.
She is survived by her husband Ralph Winters; three children Donna, David and Lynn; In-laws Brian Hoerning, James More and Sue Winters; Grandchildren, Brian, Brad, Beth Anne, Lauren, Mary and Brittany; Great Grandchild Amanda.
