It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Belen Ruiz Velasco of Ontario, California. Belen entered into rest at the age of 93 on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Belen was born in Winslow, Arizona on July 21, 1930. Belen had a career of being a social worker. She worked for the state for over 25 years. Belen is survived by 7 of her 8 children, 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
