Carol Elaine Rickman passed away December 9, 2013 in Rancho Cucamonga at the age of 81. She was born November 2, 1932 in Los Angeles, CA and lived in Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga most of her life. She and her late husband Lester Rickman, owned and operated Sew What Yardage in Ontario for 18 years and raised four children. She was a generous and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and a good friend to many. She was very creative and loved cooking, gardening, sewing and was a talented artist and loved animals. Carol was preceded in death by her husband and two daughters. She is survived by a daughter, Karen Davids, a son Lester Rickman Jr., both of Rancho Cucamonga, two sisters, Cora Lee Kosik of Monroe, LA and Sharon Lundquist of Rancho Cucamonga. She had 6 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Memorial services will be held January 4, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Ave., Ontario.
