Darrel Coffman

Darrel Coffman, 62, of Apple Valley, passed away on November 14, 2015 at Loma Linda Medical Center in Loma Linda. He was born on November, 27, 1952 in Seattle, Washington and lived in Apple Valley, California for 28 years. He worked as a General Contractor for 38 years. Darrel graduated from Chaffey High School in 1971. He married his high school sweetheart, Janet, in 1971. He loved being with his family and friends and had a special bond with his grandkids. Darrel also loved to fish, spend time at the beach, and golf with family and friends. He has also has travelled all over the world.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Coffman: a daughter, Sandra Coffman-Richards of San Clemente; sons, Darrel Jr. and Paul Coffman of Hesperia; and a sister, Susan Silvera of Rancho Cucamonga. Darrel also leaves behind eight grandchildren: Tyler, Jacob, Dylan, Douglas, Ian and Alexzandria Coffman; Kaitlin Smith and Cameron Richards. He also has a great-granddaughter, Kennadi Smith, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by both parents and a brother, Douglas.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Avenue, Ontario, California, from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Stone Mortuary, 355 E. 9th Street, Upland, California at 9:00 AM.
