It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Felisitas Altamirano of Upland, California. She entered into rest at the age of 84 on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Felisitas was born January 14, 1939 to father Salome and mother Maria de Jesus, both of Mexico. Felisitas had a long career of being a seamstress. She had over 25 years of experience.
