Jesus "Chuy" Arriaga Sanchez, 83, of Upland, died June 29, 2011 in Upland. He was born October 23, 1927 in Santana, Michoacan and lived in Upland for 60 years. He worked as a Laborer/ metal worker for 15 years and was a member of Lemon Growers Association and retired from Western Metal Company. His hobbies were music, singing, bar-b-que, baseball, and fishing. He is survived by his wife Martha Aguayo Sanchez, stepsons Robert Embernate (Upland), Frank Embernate Jr. (Santa Cruz, CA), sisters Delia Sanchez Castro (Chino Hills), Dora Sanchez (Hesperia), step grandchildren Balicia Embernate, Naomi Embernate (Santa Cruz), step great-grandchildren Shane Ross (Santa Cruz). Preceded in death by sister Mary Esther Ballesteros, parents Lino & Carmen Sanchez. Visitation will be held at 6pm to 8pm at Draper Mortuary 811 North Mountain Ave., Ontario, California 91762. Graveside will be held at Bellevue Memorial Park 1240 West G Street, Ontario, California 91767. Interment will be in Bellevue Memorial Park.
