Kathryne Hermina Struiksma

January 21, 1933- December 4, 2019

A memorial service for Kathryne Struiksma, 86 of Ontario, California, will be held at First Chino United Reformed Church with Reverend Nymeyer officiating at 11:00 am on December 16, 2019. A grave side service will be held at Artesia Cemetary at 9:00 am prior to service with Pastor Dan Brink officiating.

Pall bearers will be Brock Struiksma, Azuree Struiksma, Clinton Struiksma, Chris Struiksma, Michael Struiksma, and Bryan Struiksma. Honorary pall bearers will be Kevin Struiksma , Matthew Struiksma,

Rachel Struiksma and Katelyn Struiksma.

Kathryne Struiksma was born January 21, 1933, on a farm south of Chandler Minnesota to John and Henrietta Lolkus.

In 1951 she was united in marriage to Dick Struiksma and they lived in Chandler the first 10 years of their marriage. To this union four children were born, Gerald, Daryl, Kevin, and Kelvin.

The family moved to California in 1961, where Kathryne worked as a secretary for Courtesy Glass and Lord Tire for 33 years until she retired.

She is survived by her 4 sons , Gerald (Patricia) Struiksma, Daryl (Diane) Struiksma, Kevin (Valerie) Struiksma, and Kelvin (Penny) Struiksma, 11 grand children, 10 great grand children, and a brother Casey Lolkus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Dick.
