Larry Bruce Sleigh was born as an only child to his parents James B. and Betty Sleigh on October 16th 1951 in Tennessee. In 1953 the family moved to Detroit, MI and then made their home and settled in Covina, CA in 1958. His Mother Betty still resides there today. Larry was an entrepreneur and owned two businesses over the years. He enjoyed playing musical instruments, photography, and was a member of the Civil Air Patrol for many years. He loved his hobby of trains, classic cars, music, cooking and eating with family and friends, and traveling around the world. MSGT Larry B. Sleigh faithfully served his country as a member of the United States Air Force and Army National Guard, retiring with 20 years of service in 2011. Larry spent 35 years in the Fire Service.
He is survived by his mother Betty , his wife Susan, three children Lisa, Rochelle, and Jonathan, three grandchildren Justin Dylan, and Lucas as well as two great grandchildren Natalie and Hailey.
