Bob Crisp, 86, has joined his family, parents Robert R. Crisp Sr. and Edna M. Crisp and sisters Dorothy Doyle and Faye Crisp. He leaves behind his beloved bride, Elizabeth G. Crisp (Sheena) and children Buddy and Bernardine Crisp, Mickey Dickerson, Diane and Jerry Connolly and Terry Boggs. His grandchildren, Jesse Boggs, Robert R. Crisp IV, Sean Connolly, Taylor Boggs and Ethan Connolly. He also has 2 great grandchildren, Robert R. Crisp V and Atlas Boggs. He also leaves behind his sister Virginia Kriske and brother Ralph Crisp.
Bob served in the United States Army from 1944-1973. He volunteered his services in World War II, Armor Calvary, Korea and Vietnam. He is a recipient of 2 Purple Hearts, Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and three Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Star Unit Citations.
He married the love of his life on March 25, 1950. Bob and Elizabeth spent 65 years together. After traveling all over the world in 1968, he moved his family to the Inland Empire are in Upland, California for 47 years. He worked for Sears as an Operational Service Manager of the West Coast from 1973-2003. He spent his remaining years enjoying life with his family.
A Funeral Service in honor of Robert R. Crisp Jr. will take place at Draper Memorial Chapel in Ontario at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 29, 2015. A reception to follow the Service will be held at Rabi's Café in Upland, California.
