Mamie Marie Stewart

Mamie was born on March 19, 2026 to parents Mamie and Benjamin in Oklahoma. She then entered into rest on March 22, 2026, just after celebrating her 100th birthday.

Mamie was a teacher for 20 years, and her work in the classroom reflected the caring spirit and dedication that defined her life. Across the span of her career, her talent affected countless lives.

Mamie was a woman of deep faith. She met her spouse, Ben Stewart, through church and their shared faith remained a guiding foundation throughout her life. Mamie remained involved in her church with quiet commitment and purpose.

Mamie found joy in listening to Christian music, enjoyed crafting, and loved to visit family in Shay, Oklahoma. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, who was proud of her children and grandchildren, and grateful for the legacy of family that surrounded her.

Mamie is survived by her children, Bruce and Glen; nine grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren, as well as countless other friends and loved ones.
