Olivia Cuellar Sanchez

Olivia Cuellar Sanchez, 78, was born on January 14, 1948, in Chihuahua, Mexico, and passed away on April 10, 2026. She resided in Ontario, California. Olivia will be remembered with deep respect for a life shaped by steady work, enduring faith, and a devotion to those she loved.  

A hard worker throughout her life, Olivia spent five years as a General Electric worker, bringing diligence and pride to her daily responsibilities. Just as meaningful was the care she extended beyond any workplace—offering kindness in quiet, consistent ways, and meeting others with a warmth that made her easy to talk to and deeply understanding.  

Olivia valued God and family above all else, and she carried a sincere pride in her family that never wavered. She met her husband, Tony Sanchez, through a family member, and the life they built was rooted in love, loyalty, and the simple strength of being there for one another.  

In the rhythms of everyday life, Olivia found joy in the familiar and the practical—shopping, gardening, and savoring the music she loved most. Her favorite genres were oldies and Mexican folk music, and she also loved Gino's Nightclub 1960s. She had an eye for beauty in small details, including a fondness for the color of garnet red. ​

Olivia was preceded in death by her Parents Carlos Sr. and Frances Bañuelos Cuellar, and Sister Ernestina. She is survived by Husband Tony Ramirez Sanchez; Son Toby; Daughter Lorraine; Granddaughter Frances Anna, Sister Rachel, and Brother Carlos Jr. In the words that reflect her enduring hope: "I love you all."
