Paul was born on November 3, 1944 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. His family moved to California where he lived for the majority of his life. He entered into rest on April 25, 2026 at age 81. He is survived by daughters Christine and Lisa, son Michael, and grandchildren Casey and Connor.
Paul served the United States Navy on the USS Kitty Hawk in Vietnam until he was honorably discharged. He continued serving his community throughout his life, working as an ambulance driver, security guard, police officer, hotel manager, and primarily as a union representative for California state employees.
Though he will be missed, his memory and legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
