Phillip Paul Sitter of Rancho Cucamonga, California passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. He passed at the age of 75. Phillip was born August 6, 1946 in Michigan to father Kusmare of North Dakota and mother Rosemary of Michigan. During his lifetime Phillip received his Master's degree and worked in finance. He was in the State Government industry for over 30 years.
