Raymond Mori

Master Gunnery Sergeant Raymond Mori Sr. was 89 years old and born on February 3, 1935 in the Dominique Republic. He was a beloved figure of Ontario, CA that sadly left our world on July 7, 2024 after a life richly lived in service, community and family. A husband of 67 years married to Teresa Mori a dedicated loving marine wife, a father of 5, a grandfather to 15, great grandfather to 18 and 1 great-great granddaughter. He was a founder member of the Marine Corp League, a proud member of the VFW that often-played Santa with his wife at Christmas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, BBQ’s and Holidays with family and friends. He lived by his motto ONCE A MARINE, ALWAYS A MARINE. Raymond Mori will be missed and his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.

A visitation for Raymond will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Draper Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762.

A graveside service will occur Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
