DeBary, FL, formerly of Gainesville and Miami, died on April 30, 2011. He was predeceased by his son, Randy in 1978. Andy is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Shirley; children, Drew Stevenson and Angie Stevenson; grandsons, Andrew (Jenni) Caldwell and Andrew Stevenson III; great granddaughter, Madi Caldwell; brother, Reid Stevenson; sister, Vve Galloway; several nieces and nephews.
Andy graduated from the University of Florida and was an avid Gators fan. He served as a jet pilot for the US Marine Corps and was an insurance executive, owning several agencies.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday May 6th at 2 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, 32763, (386)775-4260. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018.
