Billy was born in Sanford, FL on September 21, 1954 to Billy Marion Dyson and Mary Katherine Harris.
Billy was certified as a diesel mechanic technician. He owned Billy's Truck Repair, specializing in Ford diesel and retired from there.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Mary; wife, Rosalind Love Adcox Dyson; siblings, Hugh Brian Dyson and Sara Ruth Freer.
Billy is survived by daughter, Katherine Dawn Nobels (Warren Lindoll Wallace); and grandchildren, Dre'lyn Marie Nobels, Gabriella Nicole Nobels, Katharyn Wallace, and Lesley Wallace.
