Carol Ann Plyler, age 66, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014. Carol was a Private Duty Nurse for Children First in Orlando and spent her entire life nurturing, loving and caring for others.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Michael Formisano and Frank Formisano; 1 granddaughter, Ana Formisano; 1 brother, Paul Mathias and 3 sisters, Mary Lozada, Fran Cinquegrana and Linda Rowe.
Friends will be received at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City 386-775-4260 on Friday, February 14th from 12 - 3 pm, where a funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3 pm. Burial will then be in Deltona Memorial Gardens in Orange City.
