Ms. Hay was born on August 18, 1960 in Orlando, FL, to her parents, Earl and Norma Cratsley. Ms. Hay is survived by her mother, Norma Cratsley, her son and daughter-n-law, Blane and Lacey Hay, her daughter, Brandy Hay, and her 4 grandchildren whom she absolutely adored, Brandon Baskerville, Gracie Hay, Avery Hay, and Ethan Gill. She is preceded in death by her father, Earl Cratsley, and her sister, Muriel Bowman.
Ms. Hay was an astounding woman who listened and spoke from her heart. She was strong, independent, and extremely loyal. Her heart knew no bounds, and was full of forgiveness. In her last days, she was labeled as “the miracle child” because of her unwavering resilience and her unaltered fight to live.
Ms. Hay will be laid to rest in a private ceremony on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Deltona Memorial Gardens in Orange City, FL. A memorial will take place on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 3:00pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Ms. Hay’s life.
