Remembering you on the day of your passing. I wish I had stayed in contact with you. There was so much I didn’t know about you. But what I do remember most about you. Is you were caring,thoughtful and made me feel a bond like my Mom. 
You gave me advice like she did. I’m sorry I wasn’t around when you were in pain. I hope and pray you are sitting at a table with my Mom&Dad with Fred and are sharing stories together. I thank God he let you touch my heart. Rest in peace you’ll forever be in my Heart.

Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother, and my Aunt Elsa. Even though I was living out of the country for so many years, I cherished every opportunity to be able to visit with her.

Lisa, Cheryl & Family my deepest condolences for this is definitely a tremendous loss.  So many beautiful memories are etched in my heart of Mommy Elsa.    The last time seeing her had God written all over it.  Lisa called to say that she was in Brooklyn NY at her sister’’s and that the two were going to  Macys in the mall.  So I jumped up got dressed and went to the mall.  God directed my feet without hesitation  just where the two were.  When I walked up to her , she hugged me and laughed saying, “How did you know where to find me in this big store?”  I laughed and replied “I know your style, beautifully elegant.”   She will forever be loved and my memories of her will forever be cherished .   Rest in heaven  Precious Mommy Elsa❤️.

To my Great Aunt Elsa, 

Thank you for being one of the most lively , kindest ,funniest , and loving people I have ever known.  I won't ever forget the memories of when I was younger and when grandma , mom, and myself spent time with you and the family in Florida.   I love you .  It's never goodbye, it's see you later.

My aunt Elsa was a very talented and classy lady. She was always kind to me when I was child and I have very fond memories of her still. My sincerest condolences go to her extended family and friends and especially to her daughters who love her very much, Cheryl and Melissa.

I met Elsa year 2005. As the years go by we became very close. We had so much laughter and fun together. She was always talking about her primo Rene. My children love her so much. Not a day went by that she didn't express her love for her daughters and grandchildren. I thank God that I could be with her on her Journey. I am going to miss our 10am conversations. The last words I said to her was Elsa I love you and she said I love you Grace. I am not going to say goodbye. I will say farewell and may you rest in peace. No more 10 am calls. Was a "full of life"  individual .  She was pleasant, soft-spoken, and kind.  She was also a great dancer and had an infectious laughter and a wonderful sense of humor.
Elsa is at home resting peacefully with her husband  in the arms of Our Lord.  She will be missed.

My Condolences and Deepest Sympathy to the  Family, growing up in  Queens  my family lived across the street from Mr. & Mrs. James and daughters.  I was always at their house , Mrs James was a true woman on the sewing machine and designing their home.  Can’t forget the cooking of pots  and delicious food prepared . My memories of Mrs. James was her laugh, when she laughed you laughed as well and can’t forget Mr. James  he had an awesome laugh so the two together it was priceless. The first word that comes to mind is “love” .  You can’t talk about Aunt Elsa without mentioning the word “love”.  Her love for family, friends that became family and life.  I saw her for the last time via FaceTime  on February 17th. I remember thinking to myself that even on her last day she looks radiant.  She is one of the classiest ladies I know. A true Super Human. Through the radiance I also saw “love”.   Here I was trying to fight back tears. Although Aunt Elsa was not able to talk and her eyes were closed, I still felt comforted by her.  Most of my memories of Aunt Elsa consists of her laughing/smiling. She not only made sure she had a good time but, the people around her as well.   So loving and generous. She always provided a safe space and words of encouragement when I needed it most. It was rare to see her upset or lose her temper.  I remember as a kid  if I did something wrong Aunt Elsa would  have a disappointed look on her face. That stare would  cut to the core.  I never wanted to see that face. So I strived to do better. I observed how she loved and cared for her family.  I also observed Aunt Elsa handling challenging situations with poise. The ultimate problem solver. She didn’t accept “no” for an answer.  A true force to be reckoned with.  No one can fill her shoes but, I don’t believe she would want anyone to try. Aunt Elsa accepted everyone as they were. She always stressed the importance of being true to yourself and making moves with integrity. I hope she left this earth knowing she has fulfilled her purpose.  If there is an afterlife,  I would “love “ to see her again.

I met Elsa in 1961 we became very good friends throughout the years we didn't see each other often but we talked a lot I'll always remember her laugh when we talked about things in the past I'll miss her I know she's sleeping Ecclesiastes nine says she's sleeping ecclesiastics 71 says a good name is better than oil and she definitely had a good name Revelations 21:4 says there'll be no more sickness and no more death no more morning can't wait for that day to come I know I'll see my friend Elsa in the new world to come condolences to her family Cheryl and Lisa and the grandkids love always Liz
