Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Philomena (Faye) Macchia died on Jan 26, 2025 after a short illness. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Angelo and her eldest son Nicholas. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Richard & Lynn Macchia; daughter Kathy Pelaccio; grandchildren Lisa and Jason Ohliger, Nicholas Macchia, Michael Pelaccio, Christopher Pelaccio, Chantal Hendershot, Gabriel Ciaramello and Vinnie Ciaramello; and great-grandchildren Avery Ohliger, Adeline Ohliger, Eero Macchia, and Evelyn Hendershot. She was the heart of our family, and she will be dearly missed.
A visitation for Faye will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. A funeral mass will occur Friday, February 7, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Peter Catholic Church, 359 New York Ave W, DeLand, FL 32720. A committal service will occur Friday, February 7, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
