

Mr. Giordano was born in Brooklyn, New York on August 29, 1937.
Frank graduated from CCNY, City College of New York where he received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He also attended California Lutheran University and received his master’s degree in business administration.
He was married to Catherine Mary Guttilla on August 20, 1960.
Frank had a career in telecommunications, aerospace and electronics While working for International Telegraph and Teletype (ITT), Grumman Aerospace and Northrop Grumman. His family is proud of his many accomplishments in secure communications, the space program, which included designing systems for the Lunar module, and the many experimental and navy aircraft, such as the X29, F-14, EA-6B, and E-2C which he had a hand in designing systems for and testing.
He was an active member in the Catholic Church and the Northrop Grumman retirees club.
Frank had a passion for Flamenco and Classical Guitars and enjoyed playing, collecting, trading guitars, and music, both sheet and recorded, with enthusiast wherever he could find them. He also enjoyed teaching the guitar on occasion.
He was preceded in death by his Parents Francis and Margaret Giordano.
He is survived by his wife Catherine Mary, his son Frank John his daughter Mary Elizabeth and his sister Dorothy Isola and nieces Dawn and Darleen.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 16, 2024 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 26 Dogwood Trail, DeBary, FL 32713 with entombment to follow in Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, Florida 32763.
