John was born and raised in Staten Island, NY and was a graduate of Port Richmond High School Class and Staten Island CC. John was an avid NY Yankees and NY Giants fan, enjoyed his family and friends, guitars, music and technology.
After working in the information technology industry in New York and New Jersey, he moved to DeBary, Florida in 2017.
Predeceased by his parents, Bernardino and Angela Monteleone and brothers Gene and Anthony, John is survived by his two brothers Carmine Monteleone (Dorothy), Bernard Monteleone and nephews Brian Monteleone (Melissa), Anthony Monteleone (Karen), Steve Monteleone, Andrew Monteleone (Renee) and Jeff Monteleone.
