Marcus Sall passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013. Son of Virginia and the late Edward Sall of Orlando was born July 18, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY. Mark was stationed at Sanford Naval Base in 1960 and remained in the Central Florida area after his release from the US Navy. He was employed by JC Penney for 35 years. Mark was a devoted husband and leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Marlene. He was a beloved father to his daughter, Christina Brown and her husband, Scott of Orlando. FL; his son, Andrew and his wife, Mary of Haymarket, VA. He leaves behind his twin brother, Melvin and wife, Doris of Winter Park, FL; a sister, Donna Sall and husband, Duane Platt of Torrey, UT; his sister-in-law, Patricia of Summerfield, FL and grandsons, Ryan and Kyle Plönes and granddaughter, Charlie Sall along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, David.
There will be a gathering of friends and family on Tuesday, November 12th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and a celebration of Mark’s life at 12:00 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL with Chaplain David Meyer officiating.
